Mobiltrain Knowledge Services Terms and conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions for the use of MobilTrain Products and/or Services ("MobilTrain Products and/or Services" or "the Products" or "the Services") by the User ("User" or "Users"). Any User accessing and using the Products or availing the Services and/or any part thereof shall invariably be bound by these Terms and Conditions. IMPORTANT: In accordance to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Government of India), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Act 1997 & 2000 and the common law of contract, these Terms and Conditions are valid, binding and enforceable for all persons that access the MobilTrain website, the web pages or any part thereof and avail of any services associated with use of the MobilTrain website. Hence, if you do not agree to be bound over by these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use the MobilTrain website. The reasonable use of the MobilTrain website shall automatically bind the Users to this agreement. Definitions And Interpretation MobilTrain means MobilTrain, 10, Raja Krishna Road Venus Colony, Teynampet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600018, and which includes all its subsidiaries, owners, shareholders and business units and partners worldwide including Health Daily Connect The MobilTrain website means all of www.mobiltrain.com ,including any page, part or element thereof, which is owned and operated by MobilTrain Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd. The User means any person or entity that enters the MobilTrain website and/or uses the MobilTrain Products/Services, notwithstanding the fact that such person only visits the home page of the website and/or downloads or opts in for the Products.
Products And Services:

• The Products offered by MobilTrain consist of, but not limited to, the following: Messaging Tools or Interfaces, Unicode Tool, Short Code, Virtual Long Number etc) developed either by MobilTrain or any other third party, Sender Name/Number and Message Credits.
• The Services offered by MobilTrain consist of, but not limited to, the following: SMS Core Messaging/Whatsapp messaging/Voice Messaging/Face to Face Training in Education and Healthcare
• The Users shall be held responsible for obtaining and maintaining all computer hardware, software and communications equipment that are needed to access the Products and/or Services including working mobile phone and services
• MobilTrain would offer its’ services as and when proper and working telecommunications networks are in place
• MobilTrain messages would be available on the receiver’s phone if the user clears other messages on their phones to make space
• MobilTrain would offer all services ethically and expects the user to maintain a code of integrity by not forwarding any messages or altering them in any way for any reason.
• MobilTrain and partners offer Application Programming Interface (API) Tools like HTTP/S, XML, SMTP and/or COM Object Tool and/or SMPP Protocol to connect to SMSCountry Core Messaging Platform. These provide an easy, efficient and flexible option to integrate with the User’s website/application, facilitating auto-generated SMS Text messages to be delivered to the intended recipients’ mobile phones.
